You may notice a few changes to our timetable recently 😍
Our Monday stretch with Faye is now on a Wednesday 6:30 😜 but we have also added a new stretch class on a Tuesday with Wendy also at 6:30 👌
... Wendy has been working hard on her stretch course and has loved learning more about our bodies and as a self labelled stiffy (as apose to fitty) 😂 her words not ours 🙈 she is looking forward to helping you all get bendy 😜
Our stretch classes are suitable for all from those who can put foot to head to those who cant touch thier toes 🙏
Working towards your splits, back bends, shoulder flexibility or just general improved flexibility........ what ever it is we can help you ❤💜🖤💙💚💛🧡
