Unfortunately this morning we had a fire. Thankfully no one was injured! ❤️ Hopefully we can have a quick turn around in fixing the damage and can be open with in a few weeks! We love it! Our girls won't eat fish and chips from anywhere else, unless we happen to be away.
Great staff, great service, and bloody lovely battered fish.
We have just moved into the area a few weeks ago . I would say this is far the best chippy in hull fab food and fab staff the girls are very friendly, helpful and always have a smile . Value for money is amazing xx
Used to be an east park chippy regular till i discovered Pollards, never had a bad meal their fish and chips are up there with the best! Keep it up guys please dont change its perfect as it is!
Tried today for the first time and it was lovely , crispy batter on the fish curry sauce was also nice and loads of flavour in the patties and reasonable prices as well will definitely be back again thanks
The staff in here are lovely and the food is fresh and delicious.
The girls are polite and helpful. Never had a bad experience here. The fish always top notch. By far the best I've used in Hull.

Just been as family of 4 for the first time for a sit down dinner. Very cheap, biggest kids portions I've ever seen and excellent quality and service!! We will definitely be going back :) thank you!

If you haven't tried Pollards yet you're missing out - next time you want fish and chips (or any of the other items on the menu) try Pollards Plaice on Holderness Rd - the great fish and chip shop near East Park Gates
Best fish shop near East park without a doubt. 5 of us visited today the fish specials are huge as are the kids meals. The food is fantastic (always fresh) and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.
Best fish and chip shop around well worth a try better then any other ones in hull and out of town not greasy like most of the shops my favourite place
Best Fish and chips around! Fish is always super fresh and fried to order and the chips nice and chunky. Very polite staff. Would 100% recommend.
It would have been 5 stars BUT you put some pointless herbs in the batter! Should I comeback, do you have an option for no contamination of the batter with greenery? Other than that the fish is Beut, chips are on point and the girls serving are a treat.
