Wednesdays pole class with Jane are the best! Really happy I found polz apart, reasonable prices, really fun fitness and a real confidence boost, all the instructions are so friendly, highly recommended!
Such a wonderful team, really welcoming and friendly. Lots if encouragement from not only the instructors but also other members. I can't rare highly enough.... hooked!
Started Pole dancing as a complete beginner, I have only had two sessions so far and was lucky enough to have a taste of two different teachers/teaching styles. I enjoyed both lessons an incredible amount. I was made to feel welcome and put at ease straight away, I found both teachers to be really encouraging and they knew when to push for a little more and when to say well done for trying. I absolutely love it, I can't wait for the next class. If you're considering trying I would recommend just jumping straight in and giving it a go.
Pole fit is my new favorite thing! I've been going most thursdays for about 8 months now and it continues to be something I really enjoy and get a lot out of. The instructors are incredible, safe, detail oriented and really positively reinforcing; the ladies in the class are supportive and really kind, and we always have a laugh!! I am progressing and continuing to be challenged in all the right ways - I would highly recommend it!!
My hens arranged a 2hr pole dancing session with Jane for my hen do and we couldn't have laughed more or had more fun. Jane was great and I can't recommend these guys highly enough!
My friend Laura came to polz apart for the first time last week and thought abby was an amazing teacher! She was so lovely and encouraging and has made her want to come back and try it again! Thank you AbbyοΏ½ we both will be back next week! Xxx

I've taken the Tuesday pole class with Jane for a term now and it's been absolutely amazing! It's the highlight of my week, Jane is really motivational and I've seen such a difference in the moves I can do. I would definitely recommend this class; it's fun, a great workout and a massive confidence boost. Thanks! :D
I've only been going to polz apart for a month and I love it the atmosphere is so friendly and everyone is so supportive.... When I first attended I didn't think I would ever be able to do half of the stuff others can do, but Jane is amazing and I already feel so much more confident in throwing myself out there and pushing my self each week i love it so much I feel so much more stronger in myself. I would recommend polz apart 100%!!!!!
I've never met such a friendly, tallented and family like bunch of people. No matter how large or small you are or how fit or unfit, they go above and beyond their teaching duty to make you part of the team. Truely loved doing pole . And will return one day. Xxx
I've never done anything like this before and so far I've had 7 sessions. Jane is an absolutely fantastic teacher, I've made so much progress and am so much stronger in a short amount of time. I 100% recommend, it's such good fun and an amazing workout and I will definitely be doing more!!
I've been doing the first Sport BU course with Jane for a few weeks now, and would highly recommend this to anyone.
We've been learning a routine, whilst also learning other moves that are not a part of the routine. For example inverts, alternative planks etc.
Since the very first week where I couldn't do a tuck, I have improved greatly, with the help of Jane of course (who's incredibly strong and talented).
I've had a great time and it's definitely been one of the best decisions to join!
I've been doing the Sport BU course with Jane who is an amazing instructor! Even when you're really struggling and want to give up she never let's you and always has you doing a move you never thought you would be able to! My strength has definitely improved since starting in October and even though it is a workout it is really enjoyable! I would 100% recommend this course to anyone and everyone!
I just popped in while visiting the area and enjoyed expert, attentive, detailed tuition of the most challenging and rewarding activities reflected in the awesome calibre of the students - sooo strong!
I can't wait to be in the area again!

I have been going to Polz Apart pole classes at BU for about a year, and have recently started Aerial classes.
I am 53, and a bit overweight, and I was not sure how I would get on, but it's fantastic!
It's a great way to keep fit, and everyone is really helpful and supportive. Jane is a great teacher! I am so much stronger than when I started.
It's also really good fun, with a lovely group of ladies (and the occasional chap) of all ages, who really support each other.
I would recommend it to everyone! x
I do the Tuesday class with Jane and am amazed by the amount I have learnt these two terms! It's so much fun and gives your so much confidence I've always done sports or gymnastics but pole is defiantly my favourite. I would defiantly recommend going it a try:)
I did 2 taster sessions on the aerial hoop and silks and have had so much fun. I've been BN pleasantly surprised by my progress over just 2 weeks and am looking forward to learning more! It's a fun class and the group is broken down so you feel like you're getting enough instruction from the lovely instructors (Jane and Nicky).
Aerial training is a great way to build upper body strength, everybody can achieve something in every class and it's a great way to build personal confidence. All the instructors are super encouraging and very friendly. I've loved every class I have been to and couldn't recommend more!
Aerial - the most fun I've had in ages! Really good all round body workout but be prepared to work hard! Fantastic instruction with the required amount of patience. You'll be surprised how much you forget as soon as you're hanging upside down ;-)
