Well. I think it's safe to say Eddie wasn't pleased with today's weather... Who else has a poochie like this 👇🏼😂😂🌧️

We have been using PomPom Pets for about 6 months to walk our Border Collie and our miniature Dachshund. We could not be happier with the flexibility we are given on the days which really helps us with our changing working patterns. We get a message on our kitchen side every day Emily has been which updates us on our dogs walk which we both really love seeing everyday. I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting a reliable, friendly and caring dog walking service.

Pom Pom comes with my highest recommendation. They have demonstrated the upmost care for Poppy, our Pomeranian; always going above and beyond to meet our needs for pet sitting and showing our girl all the love in the world. We are constantly updated with videos and pictures, and are never in doubt that Poppy is completely besotted with her sitter whilst we are away. Emily, in particular, has always been so professional and passionate about the service delivered, we would never need to search for an alternative. Do not hesitate to approach them, they are completely absolutely super fantastic.

Pom Pom Pets, in particular Minnie, who looked after our 2 cats whilst we were away have been fantastic. Minnie was friendly and helpful, as well as texting us updates on the cats if ever we needed them. We accidentally forgot to give Minnie a key, but she quickly got in touch and even went the extra mile by contacting our neighbours to get a spare. In a situation which could have been problematic, Minnie really took care of everything and handled the situation perfectly - you can tell when a person really cares about the animals and when they want to do a good job, and that's why we are leaving a 5 star review. Thanks again, we will be in touch next time we go on holiday :).

Minnie is straight up, the best. To have complete trust that our little guys are being looked after means we can relax and not worry. She is as mad about animals as we are too:) Highly recommended x

Minnie has been taking my mental labradoodle Maxi out for walks for over a year since I fractured my ankle and I must say that she has been outstanding in every way. As he is so big, hyperactive and very strong minded, I was initially really concerned about anyone else walking him. However, Minnie has consistently been brilliant with both him and I! She is kind, caring & really loving towards my precious boy and I honestly couldn't recommend her strongly enough. Trust Minnie!! I know she won't let anyone down.

Minnie has been coming to feed my 6 cats when I go away for probably a couple of years now. She is flexible, reliable and best of all totally loves animals. I know that as well as being fed and having their litter trays cleaned they will always get a cuddle. I trust Minnie completely with them which I can tell you is a huge accolade. Just got back from holiday, Emily stayed at our house with our senior citizen dog, what a fabulous service! We received daily updates and Meggie clearly had a lovely time. Way better than using kennels, we were happy knowing that Meggie was in good hands and in her own routine at home. I will recommend PomPom Pets to all my friends and will definitely book her in future xx

Emily recently slept over at our house, for 7 nights, to look after our 4 cats, aged 5, 14, 18 & 20. The 2 oldest have several age-related problems between them, necessitating multiple medications, lotions & potions. The 20-year-old has been totally blind for 6 years & the 5-year-old is very ‘stressy’, but craves company. He likes to know there’s someone in the house. There was quite a lot to consider, including multiple litter trays!

Some would find it too daunting but I knew, within a few minutes of Emily’s arrival, at her 1st pre-visit (she came round twice before our holiday) that I was happy to leave her in charge, not only of the cats, but the property. What struck me was how calm she was. Nothing fazed her & it’s imperative, especially for the 5-year-old, that people are calm around my cats, plus confident with administering medication. The 5 -year-old did come up to Emily, on both pre-visits, which is unusual, as he normally hides after growling at any knock at the front door! Although it took him a few nights, he did eventually join the 14-year-old cat, & Emily, in the bedroom.

Emily had several sheets of A4 to ‘digest’ beforehand, plus some last minute notes, as situations can fluctuate, so much, with elderly cats.

I miss my cats dreadfully, when away. I get stressed about them in the days leading up to departure, so really appreciated receiving texts & photos of “The P4wesome Foursome”.

I fully appreciate, due to my own work, the enormous responsibility of caring for other people’s cats, especially the very elderly, ‘rickety’ ones.

We have every confidence in Emily, so have booked her again, for a longer holiday, in the autumn. I’ve also recently asked her to cover for me, when I couldn’t sit for one of my regulars (with a ‘special needs’ cat) due to personal commitments. I know the client was satisfied. I have high standards for my own cats & my customers’ pets, so don’t recommend lightly.

Some Pet Sitters seem to think that cats are an easy option & that you only need to nip in for 5 minutes, or so. This is absolutely not the case with Emily, & not my philosophy, either for my own cats, or those of my clients.

My worry is that Emily will soon be so popular that I’ll have trouble securing a booking in future!

Emily looks after our puppy Winnie every day.. she goes in twice to make sure she's ok, fed and watered and to have a good play with her! Couldn't recommend her enough! It's amazing to know Winnie is always in good hands! She loves Emily to bits and can't wait to go out on walks with the other doggies when she's a bit older! Thank you Emily x
