ABOUT USThe name ‘Pontiq' is a mixture of the name 'Pont' which is a beautiful river located within the village of Ponteland in Northumberland and the headquarters of the business, and "IQ" representing intelligence. We like to think that we bring both insight and business acumen to our work. We are in business to support small, medium and large corporations to help transform the way they do business and maximise their procurement capabilities. We have worked extensively in the construction, manufacturing, quarry materials, IT and software sectors. PROCUREMENT - P2P CONSULTANTSOur focus is on both direct and indirect spend, we also have considerable experience in developing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Strategic Supplier Management (SSM) strategies, this supported by world-class analytics, performance and reporting. ERP IMPLEMENTATIONPontiq has also supported the implementation of various global ERP projects including SAP and SAGE X3, we have helped to maximise the procurement and P2P capabilities and also developed custom made solutions such as Contract Management. We have undertaken work in the UK, Ireland, US, South Africa, Brazil and Europe.
