Superb quality, excellent location. This is a very clean well presented B&B with very eell appointed caravan facilities.
The B& B is extremely comfortable spotlessly clean luxury. The breakfast is exceptional.
Wifi hook up in the main house and gardens.

I havent even stayed here (5.10.17 and 9.10.17) yet but from the reception i received from the most polite person i think i have ever spoken to and the reviews although im going there to work i cannot wait and will be recommending this to my director as the place to put up the other managers who frequent the depot in Launceston.

The owners ensure that everything is perfect! Best b&b during our 2 weeks trip! Thanks for everything and the sweet pastries for our day trip!

Best B&B we've ever stayed in. They have thought of everything down to the smallest things like what type of pillows each of you prefer and they have made special efforts for each and every guest based on their individual preferences. The house and gardens are beautiful and very well presented and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was home made to order and delicious. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

My wife and I have been caravaning from 1971 and this is the nicest Cl site we have stayed at. The owners, Greg and Louis, are the nicest people you could wish to meet. Cream tea on arrival followed by a freshly baked cake. One couldn't wish for a better site.

Found it on a general search, wow, what a gem!!! Booked for just the one night for myself and a colleague for business, a fantastic welcome from Louise and Gregg. It's obvious that they have put a great deal of effort into this venture.
The rooms, extremely comfortable bed, the room itself is large, large en suite, in the room, a bowl of fruit, chocolates, a coffee machine, kettle with tea etc.
Breakfast...meat, cheese, bread rolls, Danishes, yoghurts, toast, choice of cooked, home made jams.....far too much to be honest, but loverly!!
Absolutely fantastic. I will be booking again for a weekend away for lesiure.
I hope this is a successful business venture for the hosts, they deserve it!!
