Lock upgrades, keep those potential burglers at bay with the best lock on the market. Full antisnap drill bump and pick. If they do manage to snap it (takes a lot of hard work with the right tools) the lock has a safety feature in which a hard plated pin locks the cam up. I supply and fit these locks at a competitive rate.

Summer is finally landing and now is the time we all start to use those doors we keep locked over the colder months. These doors may become stiff to lift the handle to lock or unlock. If this is the case then your door needs looking at, what may be not a costly job can turn into a costly job if its left or forced closed as parts will break.

Many many thanks to Andy Poole who came out at 7 o clock tonight to repair my tenants door. I sent him a message and he was there within 20 minutes. Thanks mate. You’re a star . 😀

Another job today, customer thought maybe new door needed as it’s an old Aluminum door. Nope not at all. All the old handle and parts had rusted solid and would no longer work as it should. Complete new handle, 2 inch Euro sashlock and Euro cylinder installed. Good as new and will last many more years 👍

Is your mech grinding, key stiff to turn. It could mean your door mechanism is about to fail. This is a door mechanism I changed today. The key was stiff and eventually snapped in the door. On taking the old barrel out and putting a new one in I soon discovered the mechanism had broken and had to break the new barrel to take it out. If your door mechanism is grinding or key is stiff to turn have it looked at sooner rather than later when it completely fails. It could just need a service.
