Me and my wife want to say a big thank you for the extra mile that you went to. To get our property ready. It's easy to give a bad review when something goes wrong. Things can go not to planned with moving. But when you have got a company like poppy . They will go the extra mile for you. Thanks again. We love our new home.

Very interesting reading previous reviews and experiences as they appear to mirror my own.
I remain to this date, absolutely dumbfounded how 'professional' companies can fail to carry out duties, obligated by law.
My window has been broken since November 2016 and yet some 9 months has yet to be repaired.
I have been reassured countless times that this health hazard would be repaired, yet to no avail.
I have been the one to chase the repair since its occurrence and despite best efforts have appeared to have fallen on deaf ears.
Naturally, customer service has been virtually non-existent, and would recommend, with utmost urgency, that poppy purchase the 'customer service for dummies' paperback copy off Amazon for £6.99.

I would not recommend this 'service' to anybody and wish any customer involved with the company the very best of luck, unfortunately, i believe, it may be needed.

Worst experience of customer service and professionalism I have ever had. This company throughout our tenancy were useless at dealing with problems and on a number of occasions the request were simply ignored and I had to fix the problems myself. At the end of the tenancy agreement they tried to take over half of full our deposit through lies. They were rude in their emails and were just after our money. Luckily the tds exists and so was able to get nearly all of our deposit back but it has taken 4 months. Do not use this company!

Great if you enjoy being talked to like a five year old, waiting for over 3 years for repairs (to no avail), health and safety violations on regular basis, have your letting agent cut the corners. Oh, yeah. I also truly enjoy reporting the same issues on regular basis and never expect anything to be fixed.

What an Agency ! ..... I wouldn't have believed service like this existed anymore! I arrived from london @ 10am, I was picked up from the train station, taken to Poppys office and given a lovely cup of Yorkshire tea , then off we went to view various properties .
We came back to the office after I had chosen a lovely little house .. had yet another cup of tea. I completed the application form on the train back (it was waiting in my inbox) , by the time I got to Kings Cross I'd had a phone call to say I had passed the reference and asked when would I like to move in ....... and it only cost me £200 .... you guys ROCK , Thankyou

I have been a tenant of Poppy Residential for over a year now and these guys are awesome, staff are sooo good , NOTHING is too much trouble , just sorry im having to move out of the area that they cover :( I recommend them 100%

0 stars. Would recommend anyone not to let with poppy. Was waiting over a year for repairs to be carried out. Was left with a waste pipe from the toilet upstairs exposed and leaking in our kitchen! This was left for months until the only option was to move out. Even environmental health issued immediate works to be carried out which were never done. Staff are really unhelpful who either pass the book or just plain ignore you. This chapter of my life caused a great deal of emotional distress living in these unsanitary condition's which poppy had no qualms about. Disgusting.
