excellent service, beautiful flowers and friendly staff

I have to disagree with the below review, I have visited the shop on many occasions and it has always been full of fresh flowers, these ladies provided my wedding flowers and although I changed my mind many times due to completely changing my colour scheme!! They were always happy to help, very professional and always friendly. Both members of staff that I personally dealt with went above and beyond for me and I would always reccomend Poppy's to anyone looking for a florist.

Disgusting unfriendly staff. Spending a lot of money on Flowers, talking over me on the phone when i was trying to get some flowers delivered for MOTHERS DAY. Upset my girlfriend too. All we asked for was for them to be delivered and not refunded. I would give 0 stars if i could. It was obviously too much for them to deal with a customer. Disgusting people, disgusting place. I wouldn't be surprised if it closed down. Saves other people becoming upset.
