Yet again another fabulous evening, my grandaughters 21st, food, service & even the singer, have always had the best time my grandson got up & gave us a tune it was the icing on the cake. Thank you loved it all.

Wow simply amazing... I cannot fault a thing . Delicious tasty very upmarket food, the duck was to die for . The service was exceptional, lovely surroundings, very relaxed and I will certainly be returning... also the manager was very welcoming and friendly ...... fantastic �

Went for Christmas dinner it’s was absolutely gorgeous staff are so helpful nothing was to much trouble, they played with my kids and made her feel like a princess couldn’t fault it one bit Defo worth every penny see you next Christmas if not before �

We visit here weekly as a family, the service is outstanding and the food is out of this world. Birthdays, or lazy days it always fit with what we want, can't fault and have never had a bad meal or a complaint.

We all really enjoyed a family meal here on Friday evening. The food was delicious, there is a lovely ambience and the Jazz musician was excellent. I hope to return soon.

Lovely lunch today. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thanks for making my Mother in Law’s birthday so special by bringing a cake with a candle and singing happy birthday. She was mortified but loved it! Porada is a fantastic local restaurant, the lunch time offer is incredibly good value. Looking forward to my next visit. Can’t recommend it highly enough (especially the lobster ravioli). X

Food was out of this world started chicken liver pate was beautiful followed by chicken stuffed with cheese and asparagus with a dill sauce was amazing cannot wait to return

First time and was impressed with the service and food ... Was expecting it to be pricey but was pleasantly surprised to find the offer for 1 course 5.95 and 2 courses 11.95 before 3pm...

Went here Sunday evening service was great food came fairly quick too I can't fault the service or the food but £2.50 for a small bottle of coke is a bit extreme so is that £5.00 service charge they said you had to pay why they can't separate your bills being a big Italian restaurant is a bit puzzling.

Food prices were pretty fair but whacking that charge on top I don't think justified it parking is poor though you have to fight for a space as some people who go there don't consider other customers.

All in all I enjoyed it but sort the heating out it was freezing !!!!

First time, went in with my wife for lunch. The decor is lovely, although had to ask for the lunch menu as waiter gave us the main one with full prices when he gave us the lunch menu it was a card that just gave us a better price off main menu. We ordered ribs which came with a lovely sauce had a garlic bread to dip in the sauce as you get plenty of it. I had traditional spaghetti Bolognese for main, large portion came i was stuffed couldn't eat it all so took the rest with me for T. Food was lovely. I'm sure we will visit again and give it a try on am evening.

Canalloni superb 6 of us all food excellent only problem was the wait between main and dessert and coffee price was okay

When Porada first opened I used to love going there for a meal and genuinely thought it was the nicest restaurant in the area and the food quality was excellent, however the last couple of visits have been disappointing in terms of how the food lacked taste, a fillet steak that was dripping blood having been ordered as med to well done.. I genuinely believe the fillet steak wasn't the quality of meat it used to be whilst still costing between £21 and £24..even the Pinot Grigio wasn't as nice as other restaurants in the area, and also cheaper elsewhere. I have no issue in paying for quality food and dining - sadly on this occasion I didn't feel it was the quality I expected.

We ate here yesterday late afternoon the food and drink we couldn’t fault but the table we were sat on left a lot to desire it was round a corner tucked away so felt like we were eating on our own , no atmosphere at all . But the worst thing was it was freezing cold , no heating where we were sat so made it uncomfortable. On saying all this I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t try it again , but in warmer weather!

One desert should've been chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce. It came with strawberry sauce (I think). But at least it arrived. My Wife's desert never arrived. After 10 mins a waiter was asked to chase it up. After 20 mins another waiter was asked to chase it up again. After 30 mins I was getting really annoyed that the waiters seemed to be uninterested or were just avoiding me. Finally some crap excuse that it was on its way...and it still didn't appear.

Asked for the bill, which took another 15 mins to arrive.

Service was shit. Waiters need to get their act together and stop blaming each other for mistakes and smarten up. The stubble look was ok years ago but they look like they are homeless tramps.

And the piece of plastic in the ice cream was a lovely touch...NOT !!!

Lovely food. Unfortunately we felt like we were in the ice bar. Please sort your heating out before I return. I am always hot and needed to thaw out. Ps. Your ceilings maybe high but that’s no excuse.

Went here for Sunday lunch with my son. We were given 2 menu's. We ordered a 2 course meal off one menu. When it was time to pay we were told it would cost more because we'd been given the wrong menu. We explained this wasn't our fault but was told the waiter was new and got the menu's mixed up. The waitress then got our payment mixed up with another table, it was Sunday lunch time and wasn't overly busy. In the end they knocked 2 soft drinks off our payment to make up for it. Not sure if I'll go back. The starters were lovely but my main meal came straight from the oven in a sizzler and most of my pasta was stuck to the bottom of the dish and burnt. The staff were confused and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I've been to better restaurants with much better service.

Food fine. Service shocking. When you have to give your drinks order twice at the table and not see them until just before the food turn up it sets a precedent. To cap it, when the waiter in an ITALIAN restaurant doesn’t know what a grappa is then you know service needs improvement. A 2 as the food was ok.

Twice I’ve been to this restaurant and twice it’s been a nightmare when it comes to the bill. Tonight 19 of us went for my friends birthday, it started all good and well, starters brought out no problem. Waited about 45 mins after starters to receive the main meals then 3 had to get sent back and 3 people waited 15 minutes longer for there food then the rest of us so we couldn’t all eat together. first a calzone cos it was burnt and rock hard and 2 steaks one cooked medium with peppercorn sauce another cooked well done with garlic butter. They came out the opposite way round so sent them back and they literally had them back out to us with in 2-3 mins ( so clearly just washed the sauce off the steaks and swapped them over and sent them back out , plus the garlic butter one had a hint of peppercorn sauce taste) then to top it off we all wanted to pay individually for the food we had eaten they said they couldn’t split the bill and that we had to sort it out between 19 of us. They also wacked a £42 sub charge on (which they thought we wouldn’t dispute but we did) in the end we didn’t have to pay the sub charge, but we spent £430 between 19 of us 3 meals sent back no apology no money off nothing and we had to put up with an arrogant arse that calls himself the manger ! Very disappointed definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be returning !!!! Rant over goodnight !!!

No heating, they had a gas blower to warm the place up, atmosphere awful food crap sat at an awful table, Would not recommend!! Worst Italian restaurant I’ve ever visited!
