The gorgeous summer colours of fresh lemons, gooseberries and raspberries. What better way to use these fruits than to make fresh organic curd. These beautiful jars burst with colour and intense flavour. Busy making batches for the Corn Exchange dates through August xx

I love this time of year, when our courgettes go crazy and I have to be quick to pick the small ones for this courgette and lemon cake. This cake is gorgeous, hot or cold, served alone or with a big dollop of home made lemon curd. The courgettes keep it moist like a good tea loaf and it freezes really well (if there is any left!!)xx

I loved making this cake and am so pleased with the mirror effect. A commissioned white chocolate mirror cake for the prom after party. This cake has 2 layers of vanilla sponge, white chocolate mousse, raspberry jam and a white chocolate mirror coating

So now my farm fruit and vegetables will be coming into season, I am busy trialling some new products to sell. The raspberry curd is a hit and the vegan antipasti has received some really positive feedback. I have caramel apple pie fillings and also a slow cooked pear butter ready to go but today's recipe is a sweet chilli sauce,gluten free and vegan. This will compliment the range of savoury products we already sell x

A slow cooked recipe of tomatoes, fresh vegetables, herbs and spices make this an ideal accompaniment to a cheese and meat platter, or a relish for hotdogs/burgers, or stirred into cooked pasta and roasted vegetables. Very versatlie hot or cold

Love all the products I have tried from here. You can tell that they are homemade and good for you because they taste so fresh. Particular favourites are the razzleberry jam, the rich chocolate sauce and the sweet chill sauce. I will definitely be trying the rest of the products soon.

I ordered lots of different products so I will rate each one as they are all delicious!

First one I tried was the chutney as i can never find a nice chutney from the normal supermarkets. I put it in a sandwich and it was lovely, it added a real flavour so my sandwich was not boring. It was not runny like some of the chutneys that I have tasted, it has a texture and I could taste each ingredient. I also like how the ingredients are on the back of the jar.

I have also tried the razleberry jam(I love the name btw) which was not too sweet as I am not usually a fan of jam on toast but this was nice on my palette in the morning. I've tried the other jams too which I will definitey be buying more off.

The tomato ketchup is full of flavour and not salt and chemicals like other ketchups. It is very natural :)

Sweet chilli sauce is another product that I could not find in the shops which tasted like it was not full of rubbish. I ate a jar of this in a night with my prawns! It is one of my favourites :)

Last but not least is the rich chocolate sauce which is so versatile it can be used on toast, on sponge, on ice cream or my favourite just out of the jar!

I had some products for my son who is gluten free and we were so pleased with them! The razzleberry jam was a hit with the whole family and the pasta sauces were so tasty with so much flavour! Its great to know that its all goodness going into our food and made from scratch will definately buy again! Thank you xx
