A very welcoming friendly relaxing place. Enjoyed the day. Massage by Rafael was amazing felt relaxed and chilled. Food also was amazing. I would book again .

Fabulous Spa. The upgrades are are worth every penny. The therapists are lovely and make your day a blissful relaxing experience. Best Spa for miles for the money. Definately will book again.

Just had a brilliant relaxing day at Portland Spa. Jacuzzi was lovely, and massage and facial were very good. Food was good. Lovely old character building. Have booked to go back again

I booked to go here with my Mum for a suprise birthday present but after reading all the reviews became a bit anxious.

I came here with a friend as a birthday treat. The staff were attentive. They provided us with robes and slippers and then directed us to have lunch. There were limited options but this may be because we were booked in for the last treatments of the day. Once we were done with lunch, we were taken to our very own private, candlelit spa pool which was in the Morrocan suite. They provided us with drinks and a plate of fresh fruit and then left us to give us some privacy. Once we were done, they took us for our treatments. We had a full body massage, an express facial and a mini head massage. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel completely relaxed and helped release any tension. I would definitely come again.

Great in every sense but let down by the cleanliness (kiwi fruit floating in the Jacuzzi, used plaster in the Jacuzzi area and general dustiness). The food tasted nice but clearly microwave food.

Papillon hair. Down to earth, wonderful service. I have lived in both Scotland & Istanbul and always wait for a visit home to use this hairdresser.

Small car park, no leisure facilities and a bit pricey!

We had a spa day from Groupon which was good overall but communication from staff could have been clearer in regards to waiting times. Treatments were nice but I wouldn't pay full price for the experience we had.
