Interaction with all staff has been a pleasure. The reception team are warm and welcoming - they respond efficiently to questions and appointment requests via both email and telephone. I find the appointment reminder texts very helpful.

After a long search, I chose John Brazier to apply 10 beautifully natural looking veneers. I was keen although nervous to proceed with the treatment. John did a wonderful job, he reassured and provided in-depth information throughout the process.

I had a number of appointments leading up to having the veneers applied, which included: wax up, smile trial and temporaries, all to ensure we got the final result right. John was patient with my long list of questions, alleviating
any concerns. I felt confident I was in very best hands.

Exceptional customer service from the receptionist to the dental surgeon and they really made me feel at ease. I had the prep work carried out for 3 crowns; all effort was taken so that I did not feel any pain during the procedure and it was achieved. My follow up appointment was brought forward so that there was less time for me to wait until I received my final crown fittings. Following a gap in visiting the dentist I was slightly anxious about the procedure but I had no need to worry and have no apprehension re my return visit. Thanks to all concerned.

When you go onto their website, a box pops up asking you to enter your details for a free consultation. I entered my details and waited to hear from them. A week later I tried again. 2 weeks later, still not heard. A common problem with small companies I find, not maintaining website contact routes. And they always have an excuse, doesn't change the fact they've made a bad first impression.

What a fantastic team! I was seen on time and had a thorough clean with Mags the hygienist. I will be returning to Portmore again for all my dental treatment.

I have been really impressed with the treatment I have received at Portmore. I had a hard mouthguard fitted here which has really helped prevent me grinding my teeth. I had struggled to find another dentist who could make a mouthguard that matched what I had been previously been wearing. I would recommend the practice to anyone. The team are friendly and professional and they provide an excellent service.
