Friendly sales staff, not pushy and knew their stuff. Good range, prices were competitive and we purchased a mattress. It was delivered at a time convenient for us, no delivery fee and the delivery drivers took upstairs for us.

Avoid! No bed after a month! And the staff harrass your house at all times!

Order a bed from here and paid in full at the end of August. Waited for 3 weeks like they asked and no communication from them. I rang them and they say 'sorry the manufacturer stopped making those beds'.

Return to the store thinking I'd be able to choose another bed but staff are extremely rude -especially Dave/David. So I just asked for a refund. At this point I remembered that I'd been conned in to buying a mattress cover because if you don't buy one with them, your beds aren't guaranteed. Anyway, I forgot about this when I went back to the shop and they demanded I bring it back. I live 30 mins drive away so no chance was I going back straight away for a mattress cover so I asked if I could drop it off in their other shop closer to my home. This was a BIG MISTAKE.

From then on, I had Dave/David harassing me. Bombarding me with calls at all times, knocking on my door every day and night, scaring the wits out of my parents.

Don't go here! Horrendous
