Golf Sixes is an exciting new format of Golf, its quicker, its more dynamic, its fun, sociable and competitive.
You may have seen it being played on the European Tour at the Centurion Club in London last year, the Tour Pro’s really enjoyed it and now, Glendale Golf, in partnership with England Golf, are giving you the chance to take part as well.
This is your chance to be part of what could be a very exciting future for this new format of Golf.
... How the format works:
Enter as a team of 2 players. Everyone welcome, there is no category division.
An official handicap is not required
£10 per player includes a complimentary drink in the clubhouse afterwards
Take part in a 6 hole match against another team.
Prizes for all match winning teams
Grand Prize of a Complimentary 1 Month Membership for the overall winning team !

Played here for the first time in 10 years a few weeks ago. Loved it so much that myself and my friend both became members straight after. Lovely course, well maintained and decent bar! Well done guys!

Nice course with plenty to think about. Still a bit wet in patches but great value for money.

It is a brilliant golf course with some challenging holes such as the 6th for the males,18th and 15th.There are lovely views from the second over looking whole of Portsmouth. All the staff are lovely and if you want a venue for a function call 02392375999.

I have been playing this challenging course from the start of my golfing journey 5 years ago. I have watched it's change from a tired pay 'n' play course to a one that is now well run and maintained and a pleasure to play. There is still room from some improvement though as the greens still require a little work and the bunkers could do with some fresh sand. All in all one of the most challenging and enjoyable courses in the south.

Great course well kept fairways and tees. greens slow but in very good condition. Clubhouse cheerful staff and good food.

Course was in good condition considering the rain we've had some great golf holes but I find it a tough walk especially down six and then up seven ⛰with very few level lies, bar was good with good food and reasonably priced. All in all a good golfing challenge.

A gem of a course with plenty of interesting golf holes, and some stunning views.



Well worth playing if you are in the area.



Course was in a decent condition with no complaints from me. I have certainly played worse and paid far more to do it!

It has great views of the Solent to the front and the green hills to the rear.

The course can be quite tough, especially what locals call "Hell Hill"



Sadly, the staff who book you in can lack customer service skills.



A few times now, i have had queries from them about my online booking.



All of which, I have had to get my phone out and show them.



Never a thank you for that, or even an apology for wasting 5 minutes of my life .... again.

First time playing at this course. Only managed to play 15 of the 18 holes so didn't really know what the other holes were like.



The views over Portsmouth were nice and the course was well maintained. I will come back when the weather warms up and see if it changes my mind.



I managed to hit my 2nd ever birdie as well �
