As a total amateur road bike owner who commutes every day I've had my fair share of punctures over the last few years and this morning I turned up on their doorstep 10 minutes before they were due to open, very late for lectures... Manager let me in and replaced it himself - great customer service!

Stay away and read the low star reviews! Having now read the 5 * reviews I believe they have been written by the same person. I can not imagine how anybody has given this place 5 stars. The customer service is terrible and the old man on the desk not only is rude, he lies. After a very nice extensive conversation with one of the repair men I was told on the phone that one way or another they could repair my bike. I had to travel from the New Forest to get there and borrow a van. The old man on the desk took one look at it and told me my bike was cheap and probably irreparable. I told him what their repair man had said 'that it would be the censor' so he told me to leave it with them only it would take a while to repair. We drove all the way home got in and he phoned to say that it was not the censor it was the controller box and it did not have a part number so it was unfix able. If I had known they were going to look at it that day I would have waited, he knew exactly where I came from and knew it was miles away. I went back 2 days later and all the wires were hanging out of it and the housing was off. He told me it was possible to buy a bike like it for £150 on gumtree, which is not .true at all. My bike is a very sturdy well made 24v mountain bike that I ride on the forest to exercise the dog as I have asthma. The next day a friend turned up here who said he would have a look, He found they had left the power unconnected so he reconnected it again and cleaned the censor with a piece of cloth and it worked perfectly. Nothing wrong with it at all. My question is are these people extremely incompetent or were they trying to put me off picking it up altogether and not bother going all the way back to pick up a broken irreparable bicycle? Disgusting dubious service!

Very helpful service. Replaced my inner tube for a decent price and when a problem arose with it the same day, replaced and refitted it free of charge.

Magic shop and staff bought both my electric bike from them and serviced by them very fast and reliable.

Did what I asked them to
I phone for repairs and was booked in the very next day repairs were completed same day and they did what I asked then to at a reasonable price.
I cant complain of the service I was given and will certainly use them again

This wonderful shop went above and beyond to fix my bike when the handle bars where broken by replacing them with a spare ser and kept to the original price they said!
Will definitely return when I need anything else. Many thanks
