Right guys I'm getting tough in 2019 I've had 3 cancellations this week already at last minute And too many too mention in December leaving me 100s of pounds down as I was unable to fill spots at such short notice. I cannot keep running this business with this sort of loss every week. Late /missed appointments will be charged ┬Ż20 and also a deposit up front to secure another appointment. No deposit =no appointment. Also can I just remind people that my groom prices are FROM PRICES. If your dog is presented to me matted,With fleas or requires longer due to behaviour. Just a reminder to customers of charges that may be applied on top of grooming prices
MATTED DOGS If your dog is matted a minum charge of ┬Ż10 will be added, this is to cover the extra care and attention needed to clip a matted dog and also to cover the cost of wear and tear to blades etc
... FLEAS If a dog is presented to me with fleas a minimum ┬Ż10 charge will be applied. This is to cover the cost of products used to treat the salon after your dog has left and also a flea shampoo for your dog
LATE/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS If you cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice a minimum ┬Ż20 charge will apply per dog . IF you miss an appointment, a minimum charge of ┬Ż20 will be applied, and also payment upfront if you would like to rebook.
As a small business, every missed appointment is a bill I can't pay.

As from today All new clients will be asked to pay a no refundable ┬Ż15 deposit on booking , unfortunately this week alone I've had 4 people not turn up to appointments which has resulted in ┬Ż180 loss . AS a small business I csnt survive this type of loss every week. A missed appointment is a bill I can't pay. Please please let me know in plenty of time if you cannot attend an appointment or wish to change it. Then at least I can try to fill the spot Thanks Joanne
