Thank you to all the goddesses whom joined us for our October workshop yesterday ūüíĖ We woke up our bodies and stretched our feet. We breathed, relaxed, laughed, shared food, & learned from and supported each other. We also created these post birth bathing salts infused with our intentions for the future and extra sweet orange & lavender ūüß°ūüíú

I attended the last positive pregnancy & birth day and it was glorious! So much helpful information regarding hypnobirthing and positive birthing in general. Lovely yoga exercises and relaxation/breathing techniques. Good food and all the teas you could want as well as a brilliant friendly atmosphere with Carly and Maisie who are wonderful people, also lovely to meet other mums to be who were also great. We finished of the day with a salt bowl where we each adde...d ingredients and took a jar home to use to pamper ourselves once the babies are born!
