Potential Personal Training Description

Potential Personal Training are a health and fitness company based in Lindfield and the surrounding areas. We offer training packages individually designed for each client to fit around your lifestyle and goals. Large group exercise classes are run 7 times per week on Lindfield Common and small group and private training is offered at our exclusive training studio. Our only aim is to support you in reaching your full potential.
Our trainers can support you with a whole range of aspects of your health and fitness program, here are just a few;
