Ziggy has come on leaps and bounds since meeting Amy and Natasha, he waits by the window for them now. A truly professional and reliable service and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Potters paws to anybody looking for the very best for their dog.

What my wife said! plus I also work nights and it's good that Dax is getting exercise when we are unable to due to work schedules. Amy and Tasha also keep my wife up to date of Dax's adventures by whatsapp so she knows what Dax is getting upto and gives her peace of mind! Thank you ladies!

Recently had potters paws dog sit for us for a full weekend, they have previously done pop ins and walks, this time they stayed at our home and dog sat and walked them and also did some training. Super professional, great prices too, the advantage is that your dogs can keep their normal routing in their normal surroundings. We were constantly updated with pictures of what they were upto, really reassuring so you can relax and don’t have to worry about them. Can not recommend them enough ! 5 star service

Potters Paws recently looked after my 3 cats whilst we were on holiday for 3 weeks. Absolutely brilliant service - they came in to our house everyday and fed and watered them giving cuddles if they were about. Received text messages daily to let me know all was well and letting me know they had seen my cats. Added bonus was the post was collected and put on the side and the piece of mind that the house was also being checked daily - thank you and I’ll definitely but using you again.

Potters Paws looked after our 3 cats whilst we went away for 10 days just recently. They did a fabulous job. I was worried about leaving the cats for so long as we had only got them from the rescue centre 7 weeks ago but on our return the cats seemed really content and had been well looked after. We were sent updates with a few photos which helped put my mind at rest. Also no concerns with leaving them a key to my home, everything was fine. I will certainly be using them again... Thanks!

Potters Paws have been walking Heidi for a few weeks now and I have many more booked in. She loves it. I love to see the pictures to see how much fun she is having. Heidi got attacked end of last year and became reactive to other dogs so I lost my confidence with her. Potters Paws have been working on her socialisation and it has made me feel confident again and good to know Heidi is having fun playing with other dogs again. Thanks guys!

User

Potter's Paws are amazing - they have made my life so much easier without having to worry about my dog being on her own too long during the day while I'm at work. She has an hour walk 3 times a week and I get pictures and videos every day to keep me updated with all the fun she is having! Absolutely great service and would recommend to everyone!

My dixyjack max was a very bad walker and really nervous around people and barked constantly at other dogs. After only 2 sessions I've had fantastic results, we have just introduced some small techniques which have made such a difference. Im anxious when walking him which reflects on him, today I have taken him to the vets and walked him a little because I was confident max was well behaved. I can't thank you both enough already as this is making such a difference to us. Still lots of work to do but its good to see results already. Xx

Ive recently had the pleasure (and my pooch) of potters paws services. I was anxious about putting my baby in kennels but then was recommended these guys. They have fed, watered and walked my dog whilst I have been on holiday for a week ( my son looked after her overnight) and potters paws made sure she was ok during the day, I have had consistent communication from them along with pictures and videos which made me smile so much . My dog has had an amazing time .....can tell by the smile on her face in the pics . You can rest assured your dog will be looked after and your mind put at rest knowing your fur baby is happy

Thank You so much potters paws x

Had a visit last week to help with some behavioural issues with Tilly our westie. They talked me through the reasons behind her behaviour and gave me training tips and advice which has resulted in us finally being able to watch tv in peace without her jumping at the screen every time animals appear and have also helped with the way she behaves when let out into the garden. A great service which I would highly recommend. Thank you.

User

Got three very happy bullies since nat and Amy took them under their wing, well two very happy and one miserable bitch . Losing weight, losing friction between them, better behaved, all this after only three weeks. If I win the lottery I'd employ them full time. Definitely recommend potters paws, get booked in before they're booked up (or I win lottery), thanks girls xx

User

Excellent service, highly recommend.

Marshall had a fantastic time with Potters Paws.

Have already requested additional dates for him to be walked.

User

Don't always enjoy working away from home but knowing my dogs are been looked after to the highest of standards helps :-) the ladies from Potters Paws do a great job with them and receiving photos during the week of them out and about on walks is always nice :-) would highly recommend to anyone

User

Buddy has been going out with Potters Paws twice weekly for a few weeks now and the change in him has been fantastic , he is so confident and social and can be trusted off his lead too. He goes on some fantastic walks in the countryside and always comes back tired and happy. He recently stayed for a long weekend as we went away and we were sent lots of photos and updates on how he was settling in , he had a great time and looked like one of the family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Potters Paws to anyone Buddy loves them !!

User

Amy and Tasha are amazing! Our dog Dax is a Lab/Whippet cross and he was full of energy and me and my husbands didn't really know where to start with him! He was difficult for me to walk as he pulled a lot but now after only 1 week with Amy and Tasha he's like a different dog to walk. They are receptive and adaptive to the needs of the dog and bend over backwards to make sure he's ok! I highly recommend Potters Paws! As a Staff nurse too, it's good to know I've got some lovely people to help me with Dax's exercise when my shifts are close together! :)

User

Amy and Natasha have been brilliant with our 2 year old English springer spaniel Dyson building his confidence and helping to retrain him to walking well on lead. Dyson is a nightmare to walk as he pulls excessively on his lead and pulls to investigate and scent everything, he is also an extremely nervous submissive dog when meeting new people and other dogs but all the staff have been very accommodating and taking things at a slow pace to build up a rapport with Dyson, the pictures you receive as updates from there walks put your mind at rest and show how comfortable he is becoming with the other dogs and he is now as comfortable with the staff as he is with family!

We have been given lots of support advice and techniques on how to take back control when on walks and this has made a big difference and within 5 weeks have already seen a huge improvement which has made walks more enjoyable.

We still have a way to go but now feel it is achievable to be able to go for walks as a family without feeling like we are being dragged against our will. Dyson loves going out with potters paws who are always very professional x

User

Amy and Natasha are working wonders with our 5 year old English Bull Terrier, George. His main problems are spinning (chasing his tail) and being aggressive towards other dogs due to his anxiety.

There is no expensive assessment with Potterspaws. Amy and Natasha came to meet George to find out what we wanted and have an informal chat about his daily routine and history. They gave us great tips and advice on what to do in the home to deal with his issues.

Since our introduction 3 months ago, George has been walked off lead, introduced to other dogs under a controlled environment , taken into the local shopping area and visited the pet shop to buy a treat....

Amy and Natasha keep us up to date with texts, photos and videos of what George has been up to. I wouldn't believe half of what he does if I didn't see it with my own eyes. George is always worn out when he's been out with Amy and Natasha and is getting less anxious as time goes on.

I would highly recommend Potterspaws to any pet owner, whether your animal has any issues or not.

They are genuine animal lovers and their charges are very reasonable for the hard work they put in.

User

Amy & Natasha have been walking Khan for only a few weeks up to now. Lost all my confidence in walking my dog (a very large husky). I joined them on a walk yesterday to gain a few tips on how to handle him etc. I took Khan out this morning on my own, followed all the advice they gave me & it was such a good starting point. No pulling, no jumping, didn't need no Head Collar, harness etc just his usual collar, lead & treats. Can't get any better than you two....Khan absolutely loves going on walks, the interaction he gets from you is amazing, he looked so happy running after Natasha! Thank you xx

User

Absolutely cannot fault these guys, Minnie loves going out for walks with them and I have peace of mind when I'm at work knowing she is well looked after, always sent photos of her while she is out, would highly recommend potters paws to anyone looking for someone to look after there dog, keep up the good work guys.
