We have a sad tale to tell this afternoon. On acquiring a new Portfolio Builder site in Nottingham we came across a lone tenant that had been left behind by the previous tenants. Having had nobody come forward to claim ownership, it appears this little guy (or gal - we're not sure!) is now an orphan.
... He doesn't sit or stay, he's not great at fetch and he would not enjoy a walk in the park but he would like a loving home..
In 24 hours his current residence will be undergoing a huge Portfolio Builder renovation to be turned into a new Multi-Let site and so he needs to be moved as soon as possible. If we can't find Gideon a home, we will have no choice but to offer him a permanent position at Multi-Let Head Office.
