Practical Car & Van Rental

APPALLING - Terrible service, no parking so collection is made on the main road while parked in a delivery bay (much to the annoyance of the parking attendant who was busy writing out a ticket!), no opportunity to be shown the vehicle or to perform any pre-driving checks. Then discovered having driven it home that it had no brake lights, one twilight was also out....so illegal! They have taken all my money and I am still waiting for Mr Khan (the franchise owner) to respond to my complaint. £140 for 10 minutes hire and lucky not to have points on my licence for driving a vehicle with no brake lights...!!
If I could leave a rating of ZERO I would have done

We wanted a van Sunday to Monday (bank holiday) for 24hrs. I spoke with Zohaib who opened up on Sunday and again on Monday to let us hire the van. He was great to deal with and took time out of his days off to help us out

We hired a Sprinter van for today, booked it last week at a very competitive price, and had friendly, effecient service. Would like to say a special 'thanks' to Sam. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Hired a van on 17.2.16 Excellent service nothing was too much trouble nice clean vans and so affordable, staff were able to accommodate with hours to suit your hours. Will definitely hire from Practical again. Thank you .

Amazing service, nice simple and easy transaction and a great bunch of guys.
I hired the "sprinter" to collect a bed from Scarborough, the van was nearly new and a pleasure to drive. Practical even collected the van the next day from my home address for a small fee.
All in all a great company to do business with which I would highly recommend. I will be using them again.
