Hired a car from practical car rental August Bank Holiday Weekend, in Washington would just like to say a very big thankyou to Cath and John, for making my weekend possible,They were brilliant,very nice people very helpful nothing was a bother,customer service first class ,I will definitely be using practical car rental again. Brilliant service from start to finish. I've used these twice once for a van and then a 3 day car rental.
Being so good on price I thought I may end up with an old clapped out banger but was chuffed to bits with virtually brand new Peugeot that drove like a dream.
Thanks I will use you again and will continue to sing your praises. 😇😀

I would like 2 say a massive thank you to cath and her team down at practical hire Washington for the service provided when my car got hit by a very unfriendly customer but thanks to cath and her team at practical Washington who sorted the problem out got my car fixed and even got me on the road with a hire car till my car was sorted can't thank the team down at Washington any more 5* service thank you so much to all of you :)

Excellent service. Highly recommended. The van was ideal for the job and the service by John was first class. I will definitely be using practical again.
