Excllent experience, Hired a car for 3 days and had no problems, staff were friendly and the vehicle was ace.

Strongly recommend to avoid this place for sure.You will regret big time.I was warn but i thought it could be one off situation and you can't compare their experience with yours but i regret giving them a chance.They start with attitude and it just goes on..AVOID them in capital letters.

Disgusting service.Both guys on counter do not know how to handle customer questions or any problems.Had issues on collection and when i tried to explain them when i returned the van and he started shouting at me and i almost left crying because he was being so aggressive and my mistake that i should have called the Police straight away.Disgusting people and service too.

I recently hired a car from this company and received excellent customer service and paid a very reasonable rate. I won't hesitate to go back to Practical when I need to hire another car.

Booked van over phone. Guy I talked to, didn't told me T&C for rent. When I come to collect van they said I need proof of address and I got points on driving licence, and they can't give me van and I still will be changed for period on which I booked van. Also he said that over phone they made me aware of T&C, which is not true.
So, please don't go there if you don't want deal with liars!

We had been let down this morning by another van rental for a minibus to go to a funeral. The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and efficient. We had a vehicle ready for us in less than 15 minutes. It was a mistake looking anywhere else. Thank you

Problem with cards payment charge twice now deposit its not return on the time . I have charge 20£ I don't know yet test for what . Million problem I have bad van I pay 4£ for clean van I get dirty and charge for this . All windows miror bad see dirty I have picture who no belive in that , and diesel was 1/4 I need go spend time for petrol station big quee spend time . I think this company need start thinking for costumers not business. many thanks

Scam Artists. The car had a dent and they didnt note it. When returning the car they charged me for the dent. Gonna take theese crooks to court.

SHOCKING service. Guy took all my details said I'd get a call in half hour. 3 hours later I have to call them. The same person said 'have they not called Yet? Give me 5 mins and I'll call you'
2 hours later no call. It's good that business is doing so well they can treat someone like that who's paying wages etc.
looking at the other reviews I thought I'd give it a go and not listen. Now I get why it's do negative !

if u want to hire a vehicle here. please read the terms and conditions 1000 times. yes thousand times. as you don't know what you will do after you swipe your card.
