Here’s a job we’ve been working on for the last couple of weeks, over 35 tonne excavated out of the rear garden, aco drainage fitted along the house and connected into a soakaway previously installed, shuttering and a stone base added, concrete layed with a tamped finish, overall height lowered by approx 12” making a more useable space with rear parking.

Rectangular Indian stone patio in the popular Kandla grey paving. Firstly we excavated the ground area and filled with crushed stone, once compacted we laid a charcoal block paver as an edging and then laid the grey paving in a random pattern, a neutral resin jointing was used and later sealed with a wet look patio sealer, for any paving or patios please message through this page.

Phase one was to remove tree stumps and bushes, excavate ground area, using a sleeper wall to retain upper garden and the excess soil from the lower area, phase two remove original paving, create a firm base using compacted crushed stone then lay Kandla grey Indian stone in a random pattern jointed with a neutral resin and later sealed with a wet look sealer. Garden makeover.. new boundary fencing supplied and installed, sleeper raised beds filled with new topsoil, new turf supplied and laid over new top soil edged with sleepers, charcoal random paving with charcoal resin jointing, timber cladding added to walls at a later date, all waste disposed of responsibly.

Kandla grey Indian stone paving with charcoal block edging..firstly we marked out the area in an omega shape, then excavated the ground and filled with crushed stone, after compacting we laid the paving in a random pattern and cut out the omega design, edged with charcoal block and jointed with a neutral coloured resin, later sealed with a wet look sealer.
