Offering a professional and personal Doula and Birthing Partner Service. Advice on conception, pregnancy, labour and birth.

Pregnancy and Birth Bliss provide a service to Mums and Dads-to-be that are looking for that extra support before, during and after the birth of their baby to obtain the experience they want to achieve.

You can use the services for just one or for all (before, during and after birth) parts of your experience.

I'll be there to support you and your family for as long as you need with helpful, practical and emotional support. I'll also help you with advice on caring for your baby if you require it.

I have useful books and information which you can use including a Hypnotherapy course which you can partake in alone or with your partner in the privacy of your own home. I also have a large Birth Pool which I hire out for the birth should you chose to have a water birth.

There are a number of packages I offer dependant on your individual needs. Please contact me to discuss your needs. I have something to suit everybody and every budget.

As your Doula, I will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of the other services offered, should you require them, include (but are not limited to):
Visits to your home.
Accompanying you to antenatal /doctors appointments.
The use of the resources /books which are useful during pregnancy.
The use of the Birth Pool.
The use of the Hypnobirthing Course material.
Advice during and after your pregnancy.
My presence at the birth of your baby to help you to obtain the experience you want.
Help after the birth with everyday tasks like housework, food preperation, shopping etc.

There are many more services I can offer but this highlights a few of them.

I have been trained by and completed the Nurturing Birth Doula Course in order to be able to offer these services.
