Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga Description

YOU are beautifully designed to carry and birth your baby.

If you listen to your body and the growing life within, you can remain healthy and active throughout pregnancy. In pregnancy, hormones soften your body’s connective tissues so that the pelvis can open to ease the passage of your baby into the world. Yoga can enhance this softening, whilst helping you to stay strong.

By focusing on breathing into relaxed stretches, you will develop strong yet relaxed muscles that will work and stretch to support and ease your baby’s birth. As you experience the strength & beauty of your pregnant body, you will feel calm, confident and positive about labour & birth.

Gentle strengthening, relaxed stretching and connecting with your breath & your
intuition are excellent preparation for the journey into motherhood, whether this is your first baby or your fifth.

I offer you my support and encouragement throughout your pregnancy & beyond as you listen to your own needs & intuition when making the important choices about how to best nurture yourself & your baby
