With HypnoBambinos offering Hypnobirthing Antenatal classes, we make sure that we do everything we can to help you feel prepared for labour and birth. But we found that it was after birth that parents also needed more support.
So this is where Penny Lazell from Health Visitor 4U comes in. As well as being a private health visitor, she is a behavioural and sleep consultant and can also assist you with breastfeeding your baby.
