You may have heard that the Government has put in place various measures to protect peoples homes whether you own or rent it. ( Please refer to www.gov.uk for the latest updates).
If you have a mortgage ( including Buy to Lets) you can now look to request a 3 month Mortgage Payment Holiday from your Lender. Whilst this is something we cannot do on your behalf we want to support you with getting the right information and understanding how it work...s as each Lender has slightly differing criteria and processes.

Social distancing and children off from school?
This for many of us is a very challenging time and our thoughts are with you all.

Coronavirus update :
Last year we invested in our IT services so are pleased to say if we do have to close the office, or any of the advisors here have to stay at home, that we are all set up to work remotely if needed.
Carry on using the same phone numbers and email addresses and we will carry on looking after you. We can offer phone and web calls for all our services as well so we can still help you from the comfort of your own home.
... We are definitely busy at the moment with all advisors helping so many people. Lots of enquiries in two main areas at the moment firstly about remortgaging over to a new rate since the Bank of England rate drop.
Secondly with all scary media stories it seems to have given many people to the nudge to sort out their life cover, family illness or income protection arrangements. Of course this can be a minefield and you want to make sure you pick the right cover tailored for you with a quality company that you know will be there when needed.
So as we help arrange protection advice for you with no advice cost you can imagine we are busy. As this type of advice can be emotionally and time sensitive we will prioritise this work and can have you fully covered in a couple days in most cases. Sadly we didn’t win our category at the Exeter Living Awards last night 🙁. However we still felt a huge sense of achievement for a small business like us to have our name up there amongst the big names in the Legal & Financial sector.
