Our staff receive support and training that exceeds the minimum standards. All undergo rigorous recruitment checks to ensure they are suitable, prior providing our clients with care.

Most of our clients engage our services by calling our Westbury-On-Trym office with an initial enquiry to discuss their care or support requirements with our Homecare Manager. If it is felt we may be able to help, the next step would be to arrange for a care assessment to be done at your home. This assessment is free-of-charge and the client is under no obligation to accept our service at this point.
Depending upon the type and frequency of care you require, it will usually take 1-2 weeks before we can start your package. This ensures we allow enough time to effectively set up your care to ensure it will meet your expectations. This includes planning your care to ensure you recieve a small team of the same carers at each visit. Most people do not like a constant change of carers!
