Premier Inn Carlisle Central

Enjoyed my overnight stay. Rooms clean and quiet. Well staffed.

Standard Premier Inn experience in the hotel side; no complaints there. On the restaurant side the breakfast was fine but the evening meal left a little to be desired.

Would like to say how welcoming and friendly Nicola was( even though we were told she had only been there 6 months) nothing was too much trouble for her and very attentive too our needs as our visit was for a family funeral.
Did also leave feed back with the manager.
Would come back here again she deserves employee of the month if your company does such a thing. Thank You!! !!

Rooms comfortable and clean (Could use thicker pillows), was convenient to our travels, staff were excellent and helpful to us foreigners. Food in on sight pub was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Nice enough Premier Inn. Convenient for m6 motorway, city centre. Noisy floorboards from above. No single beds for people sharing a room, have to use sofa bed which is uncomfortable.
