Premier Inn Carlisle Central North

Room was clean but smelled musty and was dated. Attached pub which was the only place to eat without driving was terrible. Staff were not helpful , no utensils on the tables, had to ask for them, salt and pepper shakers were empty not only on our table but the three others we tried. Had to send breakfast back twice to get the right eggs that I ordered and when I got them they were cold and rest of meal was luke warm. One pot of coffee for approx 30 customers, ran out and never replaced . Would sleep in my car before I went back to this place.

Stayed here for a 3 night weekend break. The staff are exceptional and will do their utmost to help. My husband recently had a knee replacement and is on crutches, upon arrival the lady receptionist changed our room as it was upstairs and gave us a groundfloor room. She was so helpful and kind, any company is lucky to have her as an employee. The Flaming grill attached to this premier inn has nice food and again helpful and polite staff. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cheap and cheerful. Food poor. Only good things were a comfy bed and a good pint at the bar.

Had a lovely nights sleep here. Only problem I had was trying to climb over the bath to have a shower. As I'm not very good on my legs. But u must state it would be better just to have walk in showers in all the rooms.

Rooms always clean and spacious, food and drink at the Gosling Bridge pub cheap and tasty. Jodi on reception was lovely and gave us a card and bottle of prosecco (her own) on hearing it was our wedding anniversary. all the staff are friendly and helpful.

this place needs a quick overhaul, -nothing lik the other Premier Inn
even their next door restaurant is not nice- Honestly guys for £ 75 a night I was expecting more than this...

Good value for a simple room and bathroom, clean, basic but in a good state of repair.
