Premier Inn Carlisle M6 Jct44

Rooms were smaller and a little more worn than usual but fully acceptable for good night's sleep. The customer service was excellent, every staff member that I spoke to was lovely. Would stay there again but would hope the rooms could have a slight refurbishment soon.

Smaller rooms than most premier inns and though booked for 2 only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, also tea coffee for 2 cups so not usual 4. Bit disappointing. Staff seemed nice and room clean.

Stayed here with family over the weekend . Could not fault our stay. We've been to a few premiere inn hotels but this has been the best as yet .Very friendly helpful staff. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Would highly recommend.

Staff really good, room very clean. A bit expensive for food and the bar and coffee facilities were not open when we arrived after a 6 hour drive, had to wait a further 2 hours. We were allowed in the room early. All in all, not a bad overnight stay. Bin by entrance needed emptying on arrival, still needed emptying on departure. The wind had spread it all over the entrance.

Great stay. Family room was just fine - double and single beds. Tidy and clean. Food in the Thyme restaurant was excellent and well priced (£38 for two). Kids eat free. Breakfast was great (£17.98 for 2) and served by the excellent, attentive Kyle. Thank you Premier Inn!! We'll be back!

Ideal location for my needs, food good service very good and the room was clean, my only problem the room was far too hot and you couldn't keep the window open due to notice outside.

Comfy bed as good as Lenny Henry said it would be, followed by a tasty full English breakfast...and good value 10/10

Great hotel just off the M6. Great parking and good coffee Costa. Hotel rooms are what you pay for and the restaurant for food is good but nothing too amazing. Phone signal is poor unless you're near a window and WiFi is free but extremely slow.

This place is brilliant, because it is not designed to be posh, considering it is a three star hotel it exceeds all expectations. Even though the breakfasts are on the steep side price wise, they are delicious and have a wide range of things. Better than any holiday inn. Because of all of this I will give it 4 stars!
