Premier Inn Kendal Central

Okay ISH, staying there whilst working at a business in town, food at the attached Wakefield arms is very average, with small portions, sloooow service, also last night there boiler failed, so no hot water for bath or shower, at night or the morning. Very very average all round.

Hotel quiet and comfortable but parking definitely a problem. We’ve had to park quite a way from the hotel, in council offices car park, so must be out by 8am.
Too many disabled spaces at the hotel, plus an inconsiderate driver who occupied 2 spaces.

I'm always happy with the service and quality of premier Inns . This one is a little harder to park but we got lucky and a space. Our family of 4 turned up here around 10pm and the staff helped us in with our 2 sleeping children. In the morning we opted for the breakfast at the adjoining table table pub/restaurant and one again the service and quality was spot on. I only Wish we lived nearer to make more use of this place.

A Good sleep. Nice comfy beds, clean bathroom. Air con room too. Breakfast was ok but the scrambled egg was tasteless and the coffee was bitter. This is missing the costa coffee. Parking is very poor as there is barely any parking and uses a public car park.

In the Town nice park to walk in just round the corner. The staff in hotel we're first class. The food was Good .dinner and breakfast .was exhalant. Would recommend this hotel

In a great location with lovely staff both in the hotel and the restaurant but just not enough of them for Easter week. Had to wait over an hour for the breakfast order just to be taken. No clean bowls, plates, cups and the majority of the time no food in the continental breakfast area. Parking is another issue or rather the lack of it. Not the usual standard of a Premier Inn.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The room and hotel in general were very clean and orderly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allocated a room in a quiet zone which lived up to its name: a refreshing good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Nice clean hotel. Decent pub next door. Friendly quick service. Bar a little noisy during week days when football on and a few workmen staying.

Really lovely friendly staff. A welcoming hello whenever we come in and even an extra heater when I said I was a person that particularly felt the cold. Clean and comfortable too.
