Nice hotel, reception staff let place down very very slow nice bar area but poor beer selection

Right in the heart of Liverpool where everything was just a short walk away.
Hotel was a bit warm for our liking and the aircon would only go down to 19c. So sleeping was a bit warm. The window was really dirty and looked like it was never cleaned.
Room was clean and a good size. Did not eat in the restaurant as loads of other places are just minutes away.
Large Tesco right next door was handy for treats and such.
A room key card is needed to get to the higher floors for security and the reception is on the second floor.
Would have been five stars with not for the dirty window and being too warm.

Just returned from a shopping trip , based at this premier inn. As always clean establishment, well cooked appetising food, served by staff who are warm and friendly. Always feel safe and comfortable here. Would never book anywhere else for my stay in lovely Liverpool.

Clean, quiet and centrally located. Didn't try restaurant as tree are so many places to eat in the city. Bed comfy, bathroom clean.

Went to this premier inn for breakfasts. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Christine ( dining room manager) was so kind and made sure everything was running smoothly. Gluten free bread for my wife was not a problem. On Saturday the dining room was very busy, but the quality of service did not fall. All staff need to be congratulated with a special mention for Christine. We will return.

Great location in centre of Liverpool, close to lots of great bars and eateries. Felt secure as access to room floors in lift was via keycard and there's a locked door on each floor when you do get out of the lift. Discounted parking available at Q-Park next door (although we didn't use it). Rooms are very well soundproofed from city noises and generally clean, although the nozzles on the shower head in our bathroom were black...gross. Checked in online the day before (mobile site doesn't work well-can't change options on drop down menus) so was really easy at the hotel to just put name into kiosk and it generated room number and keys. Staff were on hand and very pleasant at check in and check out. Can't comment on Thyme restaurant as ate at Wetherspoons just up the hill (Lime Kiln). The Chinese Buffet (Tai Pan) next door is also really good.

I found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet. That's all I ask for.

Couldn't be in a better location. Staff were so lovely. We arrived at 8 in the morning and they didn't have any problem they shuffled rooms around and checked up in.

Central to lots of attractions in Liverpool such as the Albert Dock, World museum, Cavern Club. Hotel is clean, Fantastic choice of breakfast and evening meals. Family rooms are good size. Parking is a approx 100 meters down road and is very secure and easy to find.
