Premier Inn Oswestry

Clean, tidy and consistent standard of rooms. Check in was a long wait due to lack of staff, which based on previous experience of premier Inn hotels, is the norm.

An excellent example of how a Premier Inn should be run, clean tidy and great staff, well done all !!

We wish to make special mention of a member of staff at the Oswestry Premier Inn. My wife was taken ill on Saturday night and the member of staff on duty that night, Sabrina, was more than kind and helpful. She saw us safely into our room and then reappeared with more towels, a glass of water and extra bags for soiled clothing. When my wife was asleep I returned to reception to ask if there was a daily paper available, or anything to read. Since there was nothing available, Sabrina kindly offered to go to the nearest garage, after her shift, to get one for me. At 9.15 she duly returned with a paper and extra reading matter. What an amazingly generous gesture! Five stars seems highly inadequate, but our appreciation is enormous. When we left on Sunday morning she was on duty again so we were able to thank her for her kindness once again.

Great for that special evening out for 2 or for that big family get together, the food is always good and they are happy to help with the fussy eaters in the family whether it is the kids who want chips and mayo or the husband who wants poached eggs on toast. Will definitely go back again and I definitely highly recommend this place to everyone.

Helpfull staff and large clean rooms. Breakfast was also very good, cooked to order along with selection of continental items. Would stay again when next in the area.

Service and breakfast great. Roo. Room and beds comfortable. A but noisy outside. Bathroom was quite grubby and floor needed a proper clean. We were in room 12. Shower was great
