Premier Inn Scarborough

4am sat here freezing cold in the room with mittens on my three children. Absolutely fuming and I cant go to reception as would mean taking my three children including 8 week old twins out with me. Other then the room being freezing its clean and bed comfy to which I always expect at Premier Inn. The noise from the main street was loud until around 3am but not enough to put me off staying again however in a room that had heaters that worked

I had an uncomfortable experience in their beefeater restaurant. I was a Premier Inn guest on business and had a meal deal paid for me. I went down to eat and sat tucked away in a corner as i was a lone female. I realised i had a lone male sat across the section from me who persisted to stare at me while i looked at the menu. 10/15 mins i sat there while he persistently stared. I finally got up to order at the bar and decided to move once id ordered. When i got to the bar i informed the guy serving me that there was a man staring at me and was shocked by the reply of "yes he does that a lot" i was then given a free large glass of wine to make me feel more "comfortable". Bizarre i know. I found a new table but the man actually walked through and as i was told later by the guy who had served me (he was laughing), had stood staring and watching me through a gap in the columns!! Its nice to know they would rather keep a creepy regular then ensure the comfort and safety of their lone female business guests. I was not laughing and felt extremely uncomfortable. My sirloin steak was awful too, asked for rare and it was barely medium well! Wont be staying here again.

Good clean hotel. Food is well priced for the area

Typical Brewers Fayre , staff were friendly. All you can eat option available(changes daily). We went on the burger and hotdog night. Meal deals available till 1800hrs.

Reception is good, rooms are clean. The Hotel bit is great. The bar/restaurant are woeful. Waited over 2hrs for food when we asked for update they told us we had had it. Stayed 5 nights - didn't improve. So bad it was funny. No parking either.

Typical Premier Inn hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Brewers Faye pub built into the building on the ground floor. Hotel is in the town. No parking with the hotel but small car park opposite free between 6pm and 9am. If arrive shortly before 6pm it is £1.50 for first hour. Bad points. Floors are not very well insulated, could hear every movement from the person in the room above. Also, the windows are fixed shut. Room had some kind of air con but was not very cool, room was warm. Would stay again but only if I needed a room for 1 night, any longer I would go elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The view from the room wasn't great (a smoking shelter and some bins) but other than that it is a good hotel. Comfy beds and a clean room.

Usually a great place to stay, very well positioned in town, parking a bit tricky , but fine if you're willing to pay.
