Really pleased with the 2 bedroom apartment, spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Really good apartment, better alternative to hotel :) was only there one night so didn't use the cooker or washing machine but for a weekend away that would have been great. Close to station, about 5/10 min walk

My wife and I have spent longer than the average stay here, 3 months so have a long term view of the apartments. The staff are very helpful, the cleanliness good, we have had the odd noisy neighbors above, but this was a child running around in the middle of the night. Overall our stay has been very comfortable.

As always, we had a great stay in your Redcliffe apartments. Staff were friendly and helpful and I always look forward to coming back. Hopefully the wifi signal will get sorted at some point though ;)

Very nice and quiet... no wonder hubb always consider staying here. It's just crossing the street is his work. Good walking distance bet. Cabot Circus and Saco

Good place for family holidays as staff are very good and helpful.

We booked this accommodation for a group of friends. Poor communication from the hotel as they hadn't informed us that they have moved us to different location of apartments. Upon arrival the lady we spoke to was rude, not friendly or very helpful.

On the plus side the accommodation was lovely, good wifi, clean rooms and good location in the end

Good location. Facilities okay. However the cleanliness was not 5 star and the door handles in the apartment were dodgey. Also the floors creaked. You couldn't be quite at night if you wanted to. I would have been happier paying less than £300 for the night but as it was the Bristol Half marathon it was expected. A good place to base yourself if you want to explore Bristol. Secure parking put my mind at ease.

Why would you place a family with a young child above another apartment rented by a group of lads who are out to party for the night! Stupid and totally avoidable. Their out of hours number does not work. Reception closed. The level of noise totally ruined the experience. Apartments are poorly sound-proofed which doesn't help. Finish is very poor with insecure floor tiles, tired and dated bathroom, burn marks on most of the electric sockets, fag butts all over the ugly balcony and uncomfortable mattresses with sheets that don't fit. Some new towels wouldn't be a bad idea either.



Oh, and a place that stinks of weed on two consecutive days, is not something I appreciate when travelling with my 3 year old daughter.



I understand it's a cheap apartment in the city centre so expectations need to be realistic, but the combination of noise, poor finish and lazy maintenance mean we will not be back anytime soon.
