We stayed over last night in a 2 bed apartment with our 3 children. Lovely place to stay great location and lovely receptionist. We'll definatly stay here again.

This was a great place to say check in was quick and easy apartment was perfect location was brilliant as we was going to the motorpoint arena close to everything perfect stay looking for an excuse to come back �

This is our second time staying here the apartments have everything you need and are lovely they are right next door to the arena and all the restaurants would highly recommend

Just returned from Our second stay at the Premier suites Nottingham. Early Christmas treat to see Queen and do a spot of Christmas shopping. Superb location for the motor point arena, train station and town centre. We were fortunate to get a complimentary upgraded to the penthouse and the views were wonderful. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Will definitely be returning again!

Cheap to stay! The apartment had everything you need including Complimentary tea, coffee etc.

Underground car park at a cost of £14 per day which I think is a bit expensive but you are bang in the city centre. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming.

Only criticism is the noise from neighbouring apartments - but this is to be expected.

Lot of black hair on bed and in the bath. Stain (didn't want to know what kind) on bed. Code for door didn't work, but fortunately there's being someone on way out, so they let me in. Ppl in apartment above mine were obviously moving furniture or murdering someone till 1am.... On the other side location is great and place is big with great light rooms. I would prefer to stay somewhere else next time. Shame, place got great potential! Improve cleanliness and reception 24/7 needed.

I have been staying here often this week horrible apartment complained nowt done though. Given new pan had to wash up before use! Won't be back

Awful! Dirty flat (NOT a Penthouse Suite as booked), cardboard walls so thin you could hear next doors occupants breathing and no im not joking, fire doors with handles that fell off, thinnest duvets known to man, mouldy pillows, no toiletries, worse than basic kitchen, matted blonde hair in the (already broken) bath. The ONLY redeeming quality was the spectacular response of your security team on the first night when the inconsiderate woman next door was throwing at party at 1am. Did I mention the thin walls??!!! Wouldn't stay/recommend!!!
