Stayed here last night as a surprise for my friends birthday! The staff were very friendly especially the woman (sorry forgot her name) on reception who checked us in! First time staying and would definitely stay again! Stayed in a 2 bedroom flat and it was very spacious with everything you would need for a overnight stay. I rarely get a night off without my little boy so was looking forward to a night of uninterrupted sleep and and the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. Will definitely return

Just arrived home from Manchester, we stayed at the Premier Suites and were delighted with our stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. Im a single mum with 3 boys, we stayed one night to see AX motocross in the arena! Apartments were spacious and immaculately clean, close to the Arndale and print works a very short walk to the arena. Can't wait to stay again �

I've been coming now for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else great place very clean and the staff is always willing to help in any way ���

I stayed here on Feb 19th while in Manchester for a pet shop boys concert.....Staff were excellent, location in general was perfect in particular it's closeness to Manchester Arena and Arndale shopping centre..... Apartment was spotless and very well appointed + super quiet.

From the check in through to departure the staff were excellent, friendly, professional and informative about the local area as well as the apartments. The apart,met itself was fab. Two double bedrooms two bathrooms which were well equipped, kitchen / diner with everything you could want in it and a lovely sitting room. The room was decorated well and was really quiet which was important for sleeping! Great location, right near Arndale, safe parking too - all in all tip top apartments would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We stayed for 7 nights from boxing day. It's in the Northern quarter with access to everywhere either walking, tram or train. They have ideal parking (£15 per day) that you can come and go all day or just leave it for your duration. The apartments are very spacious and have everything that you need if you want to stay in and cook. We came and went everyday mostly without seeing/hearing anyone else.

Central location, excellent value for money. Good sized rooms, well stocked kitchen. Clean and tidy. Definitely stay there again.

lets just say NEVER again. rooms smell noisy guests way over priced i thought it would be nice staying in an apartment i could have stayed in a 5* hotel for the price of this not impressed !!

I live opposite the Manchester Shudehill apartments and last night they had a group of guests playing music so loud it sounded like they were in my living room and screaming and shouting as though it was a Friday night. It wasn't Friday however it was between 1am and 3:30am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning.



There was no way to contact anyone at the hotel and I'm now going to work with 3 hours sleep. I hope the team you have on today feels refreshed after a full nights sleep!



In two and a half years of living opposite there has never been any issue but last night was just inconsiderate and unneighbourly!



Other guests woke up and were shouting out of their windows for them to turn their music down but this was just met with abuse and more yelling whilst they were also smoking within your rooms.



Is there no procedure in place for unruly guests? If there is then your staff last night need to re-trained in said process. I live in the city centre - I know to expect a certain level of noise, especially at the weekends, but on a Monday night I expect to be able to sleep peacefully in my own house!

I am checking in late and even though I was promised to get the instructions by email I did not get any. The out of hours telephone number is nowhere in the website or in previous emails and nobody in Bristol and Birmingham apartments (I found out the emergency numbers from previous staying) know anything.

When you call the normal phone number it does not tell anything like the emergency phone number (that does happen in Birmingham)



It seems I am going to be homeless tonight.
