Tried the bbq chicken burger it was packed full off chicken breast and tasted great, well worth the money in my opinion

Tried pREPs food at the food and drink festival and it was beautiful. Been today for lunch and had Jerk Chicken, rice and veg. Absolutely spot on!!

Tried our first order this week and as someone who absolutely loves to cook i am always sceptical about meal prep buying it in as most of it even though it states is fresh is actually quite tasteless and almost tastes processed..



This week I knew we had a lot on so pREP was a great solution to keep us fuelled but eating healthy too..



I have to say the food has been great so tasty, fresh packed full of flavour and filling too..



The hubby has eaten most of the meals and has given a big thumbs up.

The Chilli went down a treat along with the fish dishes.. The chicken was so tender and tasty too.



Great work guys you have this spot on!! Highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend have been ordering the prep meals as we work long shifts and don't have the time to make our own dinners sometimes, we couldn't pick up on a Sunday one week but someone went in to the shop for us bank holiday Monday so we could collect,I froze one of my steak meals let it defrost and after reheating the steak was still tasty! I don't buy all of my meals at Prep as I can make my own tea / breakfast at home but it's perfect for my dinners for work working in an office usually I was nipping to town eating greggs every day � defiantly worth a try! Thanks guys �

Made an order on Monday for a Deliveroo as I was short for time. I ordered a hot meal (Cajun chicken with sweet mash, veg) and a wrap. The food arrived on time and hot. It was delish and not short on chicken! The wrap looked so nice I had it a few hours later (I couldn't resist!). Looking forward to my next order in the near future!

Love prep meals. Fresh and just amazing!

One thing though have you thought about introducing sauces to the meals? The rice can be a bit boring after a while ...



also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring out the Jerk mince as a "on the go" meal .. loved at the food fest!

Just received my first order from Prep, gorgeous tasty food all freshly made to my taste. Lovely tender chicken with fresh vegetables for lunch and salmon tonight, highly recommend, great for people who want to eat healthy and clean and have a busy lifestyle.

Just has my first pREP meal- spicy white fish with broccoli and sweet potato. Im not exaggerating when i say that the taste is high end restaurant quality. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thanks Lashaun!
