Very efficient and quick service. Real fresh food too. Decent sized portions too. I opted for a small sized chicken with brown rice, stir fruited veg and sweet chilli sauce for lunch and it was divine. I may call in from the gym for a post workout meal now and again. Keep up the good work guys. Xx ���

Spot on bought two meals to take to work this week. Minted lamb is spot on with brown rice pepper sauce and green beans love it ��

Rushed and running late my friend reminded me that 'Prepped' is still open, we'd both mentioned wanting to try it out. Wow! Steak, jasmine rice, stir fry veg and chillu sauce. I got the small and struggled with the last couple of fork fulls. Absolutely delicious! Gutted I didn't ask for brown rice an wish that option had been better advertised as I just didn't even think to ask. Can't wait for my next meal from here

Just had my first prepped 2 go!! It was gorgeous. Lovely place, friendly staff and top food. If I had realised for an extra £ 1 I could have got large portion I would have. Definitely next time. Highly recommended! �

I used to drive to the warrington one so was made up when one opened in widnes. Visited 3 times already this week. The food is amazing and the place is so clean and modern, just what widnes needed. Everyone needs to try the omelette on the breakfast menu.

Had my first prepped2go meal last night instead of my normal fast food takeaway.... it certainly won’t be my last, the food and service was wonderful and will definitely be coming back for more x

Eat here at least 3 times per week, the place is spotless with hand gel on every table, tried everything on the menu and love it all � always spoilt for choice. Must say the last special was a lean steak burger in a low carb bun with veg fries. Best burger I've ever had �. Guys and girls working there always very polite, lovely and friendly using first name terms. If I could afford to eat there every day I would lol. Well recommend the place and can't wait for my dinner from there on Monday lol

Been going here since the first day they opened and I absolutely love it! The food is fabulous, the staff are wonderful, they've handled every picky request of mine with no issues! Saved me money too since as a single parent I'm often too knackered to cook and end up ordering takeaway! Thank you for making it so deliciously easy for me to drop the extra pounds I picked up comfort eating after a bad break up!
