I was a bit on the last minute ordering some prescription swimming goggles as I only noticed that my usual ones had broken as I was packing them for a weekend break. This company kept me updated via email as to delivery because I had informed them that I was hoping to have them by Friday if possible. As they hadn't arrived in their delivery on Thursday, it was looking like I wasn't going to get them by weekend. Anyway, they arrived on Saturday morning in the post - which isn't bad considering I only ordered them on the Tuesday of the same week.

I ordered custom prescription goggles for my 5 year old son. I live in USA. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to see and they would be uncomfortable and he wouldn't wear them. Quite the opposite, we have just got back from vacation in Florida and he loved his goggles, he is now putting his head under the water, he doesn't have to wear his glasses in the pool. (Extremely bad eyesight). Couldn't be happier, the quick spit works great too, he kept them on the whole time at the pool and had no problem running around. Customer service and communication was great, took a while to arrive but worth the wait and the money. Thank you for giving my son confidence in the pool. He is so proud of them too, told everyone they arrived in the mail for him. I will be ordering again when he gets a bit older. A+ product.

I cannot convey how impressed I am with the service from this company. My sight is really bad so I messaged them to check what strength I should order in goggles. They got back to me straight away and were really knowledgeable and helpful. I paid for express delivery and they came the next day. The goggles are amazing quality! And the prescription is similar to those in my own glasses. Thank you so much!

Was Difficult to find an equivalent in my prescription until i Ran into these fine folks, i sent them my prescription they took care of the rest. I ordered two pairs just to have one as a backup just in case.

Bought my first pair last week and arrived yesterday. Easy to put together and fit really well. Only worn round the house for now but really looking forward to being able to see whilst swimming with my children tomorrow! Very easy to order and quick delivery. Thanks so much.

I've ordered so I hope they work OK - should arrive by next week. Can't wait to try them out. Might get to see all the pretty fish next time we go swimming near a reef. Will also be good in the pool to stop stinging eyes from the chlorine. Oredering & the FAQs made the site really easy to use.

No warning when buying them that self assembly of the lenses into the googles is required. There's a video online but it bares little relation to the googles (impossible to see how to disassemble them without breaking them). Hopefully an assembled pair has been posted to me ... but very time consuming, frustrating and somewhat disingenuous.

If I could give them negative mark I certainly would.

Beware of the dishonest and very disappointing merchandiser. The product was misrepresented and the return... Talk about return to them! I waisted time and more than $70 on goggles plus shipping back because the goggles are useless and they just shipped half open and empty single pack back to me. No papers that I enclosed, no lenses, but I’m not surprised because a negative feedback got them out of shape!
