What a beautiful apartment it is if you were at home. Well located well located frankly nothing to say i expected to return in november

We,ve been twice now and will go again no doubt, rooms are great, location too.

Ideal when visiting London, a lovely square and lots to do locally.

Transport into London on the doorstep. What more??

The staff are helpful and the place is well kept. We plan to stay there again when we visit London

Location was brilliant. Staff very friendly. Everything you need for a long weekend. Pull out sofa one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Continental breakfast in the room is great idea. Only complaint was room too warm at night.

I stayed here in November and unfortunately I broke my ankle during the trip whilst I was out and about in London. The staff were absolutely excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my stay was enjoyable! The staff even moved my room to make sure I was comfortable and had easier access! Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked a room for 4 adults and it really wasn't a big enough room for 4. Other than that breakfast was good and varied and the area was very central for getting around.

The location and apartment was excellent but didn't like being in the basement as it sounded like we had elephants stomping around in the room above us, so try and choose an apartment on the top level

Lovely apartment, clean and well set out. Has everything you could need including dishwasher and washing machine! (Didn't need to use). Staff were lovely and really friendly. Great price with breakfast (continental - delivered to room at our set time). Location is perfect for touristy bits but also the high street were it is have nice places to eat and drink. Would stay here again for sure (probably will), my only issue was that the room was too warm but that's my only complaint and it's not really a massive complaint. Would recommend without a doubt.

Good place to stay. Underground, bus stops are near by...staffs are very good, specially Micheal is always in dance mode....

Centrally located. We had a kitchenette & washing machine/dryer which was very handy. Staff on check in very friendly & helpful. They also let us check in 4 hours beforehand which was fantastic. Definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay again.

They charge to hold your bags after checkout, £5 per bag. Coming from the states, this is a ludicrous price to pay to have our bags kept safe for a measly few hours. They have no problem holding your baggage prior to your check-in, but then want to gouge you for everything they can. Will NEVER return here due to this. I'm outraged at the sheer impertinence they have when people have nowhere else to leave their luggage.
