Small accommodation, filthy sheets, dirty flooring, old furniture, old decoration, expensive, only good location.

Great location, spacious room for families with kitchen but carpet in corridors and bathroom desperately need changing. Friendly staff although small reception, agreed to one hour extension to check-out time.

Very close to city center and bus stations. Suitable for families with kids.

Smelly old rooms. Bad service. We wanted to leave early and weren't allowed. Manager told us to stay 6 people in one room because he didnt have another room and one of our rooms had bad smell and broken restroom. Dont come here.

Excellent location in cent al London, close to just about everything west of Covent Garden. The room was somewhat cramped for three people, but spacious compared to a lot of other London hotels. Having a small kitchen was wonderful! Would use again.
