Puppy Ruby from Stockport all the way to Cardiff today, isn’t she adorable. Her new Mummy didn’t fancy the long drive so asked me to transport her, she had a spotless air crate with fresh water, air conditioning and arrived fresh and relaxed.

Today’s BIG Doggie belongs to someone rather famous, can’t tell 😉 Good job she was a good girl because if she hadn’t wanted to get into the cage I wouldn’t have been able to lift her in.

Today is a wonderful travel job, just collected little Bear from Kelso in Scotland, He’s staying overnight with me in Manchester and tomorrow we go on another big adventure all the way to Guernsey on the Ferry. Don’t know who’s more excited 🐾❤️

Vikki was fabulous, from the moment I contacted her for a quote for a last minute collection for my sons puppy Raymundo who was travelling last minute from Fuerteventura . She collected him from Manchester Airport on a very stormy early morning and drove down to Bournemouth all through the morning (keeping us updated all through the journey) arriving just before breakfast time with a bewildered Raymundo. It was lovely to know he was in good hands and I would definitely recommend Vikki for collecting your much loved pet. Thanks again Vikki for taking the strain off what had already been an extremely traumatic experience for us and Raymundo.

Vikki was brilliant! She updated us along the way on the 7 hour long journey she made to get our dog up to Scotland! Would definitely recommend her and her 5 star service! :)

Vicki picked my puppy up for me from Sheffield and delivered him to heysham on Monday. Can’t praise her enough very nice lady and brilliant service . Would highly recommend this company and also very reasonable price .Thank you so much Vicki.

Our little bundle of joy (8wk old Bullmastiff) arrived safely and relaxed from her journey that started in Leeds and ended In North Devon.

Vicki gave regular updates to keep us in the picture and left us feeling relaxed that she was been well looked after.

To top this off Vicki is very competitive with her fees , i would 100 % use Vicki again and would definitely recommend her service.

Prestige Pet Services are absolutely fantastic. I rang Vicki on Saturday afternoon as I had an emergency appt for my dog and she came straight away. My dog is terrified in the car but was fine with Vicki, and was not distressed at all when we arrived at the vets. She waited and brought us back home. What a brilliant service, fantastic price and Vicki was lovely with both me and Alfie. Will always use her from now on when going to the vets. I will recommend her to everyone.

I could not have wished for a more perfect person to pick up our new puppy and bring him from kent to west yorkshire. Fabulous �

I can not recommend Vicki and her services highly enough. I was SO worried about the whole move and our fur babies being away from us but Vicki talked us through it all, showing us the van and where our boys would be for their trip beforehand. She also took the time to find our house before having to be there for a specific time so no stress on the day. Nothing was too much trouble and the boys’ welfare was absolutely paramount. They’ve recovered quicker from this move right across the length of the British Isles, easier than they have from previous moves down the road. I wouldn’t trust my furry purries with many people, but Vicki 100% has our confidence and I’m thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of her service. Thank you so much!

After having a very sensitive situation. Vicki was extremely helpful and proffesional at all times. She went over and above to ensure the safe return of a ladys cat who was miles away from her. This lady thought she would never see her "baby" again. Vicki was kind enough to send pictures and updates which reasured this lady. Vicky was even kind enough to bring this cat back and reuited them together free of charge due to this lady being in hospital with no means of payment. I can begin to thank her enough. You areally are a true inspiration that there is still kind people out there!!! You are a superstar!!!!
