Some exciting news for 2019 - As we continue to grow in the new year we realised it was important to add some more quality to the team. We were approached by an incredibly talented Hairdresser who we knew we had to bring on board. Today we welcome to our team; Jessica Hargate. Jess already has a large following and is very talented in all areas of hairdressing. She is also Lancaster's finest at Hair Extensions. What a GREAT year 2018 was, well apart from the flood!
Last year saw the start of some new members, our apprentices Claire, Alexandra and Reg, our new stylist Gemma and our new manager Emma. We have also seen Alarna become a Wella colour expert, We have seen Courtney qualify into a wonderful Stylist. We have seen two new pregnancies with Holly and Ashleigh. We have added appointments with Daryl to the barber side, to help people who don't want to wait. We have seen Oliver g...row from a boy to a big boy, we have seen Cole lose 100 lbs and Fraser fades is learning to move faster. We have supported our wonderful Lois to go on her travels for a few months in 2019, we are here to support Ellie through her sister not being with her for the first time in her life (They are twins if you don't know) All in all the future is bright. Last year wasn't without its struggles, United Utilities flooded us for the 3rd time in 6 years meaning our staffroom and offices were under water and we were crammed into a small room, but a credit to our wonderful team for soldiering through it.
This year, our goals are to be fully focussed on our clients, we want every business decision that is made with the thought, will this improve our service for them. So thank you for a great 2018, we look forward to a great 2019! Which will include great video's by McGill Productions Productions, improvements to the services we offer and much MORE!

Well were do I start � firstly amazing pleasant staff! With fab hospitality � best barbers in Lancaster without a doubt!! Great free wine � lol, Xbox to keep the boy entertained & always a top haircut received!! Comment added from my 9yr old son that Daryl has been styling his hair since he was 15 month old he wouldn’t let anyone else touch his hair � your stuck with him daryl until retirement day lol �

Well today after only managing to book a 45 min slot with Lois I wasnt thinking my hair was going to be coloured and cut but Lois being the superstar she is wiggled appointments about and sorted me out all ready for my jollys :D Also worked later than she was expecting! This is above and beyond what you expect from your hairdresser but Lois made me feel like it was her pleasure to be doing it for me! Plus we did have a lovely chat too....Defo recommend Lois for any of your hair needs! The other girls in there today were also lovely :D

I’ve been coming to prestige to get my hair done by one of the apprentices Courtney while she’s been in training. She’s been practicing on my hair, experimenting new techniques and styles. I’m always happy with the professional service and end results. Amazing salon and everyone’s so friendly and easy to get along with. I will definitely be coming back.

I was one of four bridesmaids for my brother's wedding and Alarna put all our hair up plus the bride and bride's mum. She did a fab job and I was really happy with my up do, which is a miracle as I'm super fussy about my hair! She was not only great at hair but a very calm presence amongst the nervous wedding party girls ... thank you Alarna! �

I have been going to Prestige for just over a year now after deciding I needed a change & Alarna was the perfect stylist choice to do so. She always takes the time to talk everything through in detail & provide useful suggestions for improvements. The whole experience in Prestige is such a treat from friendly staff to good music. I go to prestige every few months to have my hair done by Helen, I can’t fault her in any way shape or form, every single time my hair is done to perfection! All the girls are so attentive and caring whenever I’m there it’s a wonderful experience having my hair done there you feel like you’ve known everyone for years.

I couldn’t recommend a better salon! Yesterday Alarna did my hair, I had full head of highlights, root smudge and lil chop and style done! I was so happy with how my hair turned out and Alarna knew exactly how I wanted my hair and did an amazing job! I couldn’t recommend anyone better! Helen has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and she is absolutely fabulous. I always have a great haircut and colour. It is my monthly treat and pamper day. The atmosphere in Prestige is always warm and friendly. All the girls are amazing. They make me feel so welcome. As an older woman, some salons can be a bit exclusive, very much catering only for the young and trendy. Here at Prestige they cater for all ages and create fantastic haircuts. Helen has been off recently and couldn't cut my hair for me, so Holly did it for me and I was thrilled with it. I love the whole experience at Prestige and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Been coming to prestige now for over a year and the service has been great. Always offered a drink upon arrival, prices are reasonable and never waited longer than an hour even at peak times. Friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Katrina has been cutting my hair for years now, I've never had one complaint and shes often sorted out botch jobs I've had from other barbers without an issue. Would always be my first recommendation to anybody.

Alarna does my hair about every 6 weeks for the last year and I would not go to anyone else. I am the type of person who changes her mind ALOT and she nails exactly what I want every time. Not only is she an amazing colourist but she just makes you feel comfortable with her friendly energy. Could not recommend her and Prestige enough!

Alarna did my hair when I was a bridesmaid at my friend's wedding recently - She did mine, three other bridesmaids' and the bride and did an amazing job. The styles were all different but had a lovely romantic theme overall - they looked gorgeous together and she made us feel our very best! I must say she was also a lovely and helpful person to have around on a very stressful morning - she was accommodating, friendly, polite and extremely talented. Highly recommend her work! x
