When we decided to list our property in June 2021, we invited 5 estate agents to value our property. We chose to enlist our property with Preston Baker after Andrew came to value our property and gave a very thorough pitch as to why we should use them and backed it up with data. We were particularly taken with how professional both Preston Baker as a brand and also their staff members seemed to be. The brand exudes first class service.

We chose to have a launch day a week or so after launching it on Rightmove. Charlotte came the day before to introduce herself and view the house. The launch day was successful, with 5 viewers ending with two offers. We have now accepted an offer.
