I have to say that the service offered to the buyer once an offer is accepted by the vendor is superb
Rachel L and Naomi T were excellent and guided us through the buying process from start to finish

As buyers, we were added into a social media group which included Rachel and Naomi. This meant that the agents could update us (the buyers) on the latest information regarding the progress of the sale. As buyers, we could ask questions in real time and the agents could answer our queries at the earliest opportunity. This method of communication was so effective and time saving because it meant we didn't have to wait for the usual office hours to make any enquiries

Naomi and Rachel were very communicative and helpful and would often chase up progress in order to keep us updated. In fact, these 2 staff members were more cooperative and communicated with us (the buyers) more than our own solicitor!
They kept the purchase journey running smoothly and worked hard to keep the process and any developments on track
