An exclusive members club set in 120 acres of stunning, tranquil parkland on the north side of Preston, Lancashire with easy access from the M6.

Our superb 18 hole, 6, 278 yard, par 71 course dates back to 1892 with the design influenced by such luminaries as James Braid, Harry Varden, Alistair Mackenzie & Sandy Herd.

In addition to our widely acclaimed course the golfing package available to members and visitors includes a purpose built teaching Academy linked to a 16 bay floodlit driving range, indoor and outdoor putting facilities, short game practice areas, plus a spacious welcoming clubhouse.

Having hosted National and County competitions Preston Golf Club has a wonderful variety of holes and superb USGA constructed greens that offer a challenge to players of all abilities.

Preston Golf Club provides a warm welcome for Visiting Parties and Societies, with our flexible packages for groups of 12 or more. With groups of 16 or more the organiser plays for free.

Our two ground floor function rooms provide an ideal environment for your Party or Social Event. The Presidents Suite can cater for up to 120 seated diners and has a dance floor for those who want to let their hair down. The suite has a dedicated bar so you won’t have to wander too far to get a drink.

Adjoining the Presidents Suite is the Fulwood Room, ideal for the smaller gathering. This room can cater for up to 30 seated diners or can be used as an annexe to the Presidents Suite to provide a buffet area.

In addition to our superb golf course the golfing package available to members and visitors includes a purpose built teaching academy, linked to a 16 bay floodlit driving range, an ideal environment to relax and practice.

The range is amongst the best equipped in the County and has a dedicated, self-contained teaching bay, that contains the most up-to-date flight scope swing analysis and club fitting equipment and software.

Academy facilities also include an indoor putting green and several short game practice areas; all located around a spacious and well stocked Pro shop.

The golf professionals are experienced in the tuition of players of all ages and abilities, male or female.
